Chen Xiang means Aged Fragrance. This brick tea is compressed using tea leaves and buds picked in the high mountains of Menghai County during the early spring season (Ming Qian Cha). It is ready for drinking but will definitely improve with further aging. |

Well worth it. I tasted many sheng cha here in Canada that were highly priced and yet were at least steps behind this one. | Sebastien (9/3/2013) | | | Un bon thé | Ricardo (2/17/2012) | | | Like a fine bowl of buttery noodles, each infusion is a smooth broth that warms the mouth and finishes clean. I only had 5 infusions so iīm not sure how durable the tea is but I enjoyed what cups I had. | Ben (5/31/2011) | | | Excellent aromas and mouth-feel. Sweet, earthy pleasant drink of many infusions. Clean leaves that are still soft. Excellent cooked pu-erh. | Mike (4/24/2009) | | | One more comment!
Thank you very much for nicely packing.
I really satisfying with this purchasing. | Tegan (10/22/2007) | | | this is an delicious sweet shu pu erh, with nice appeareance of the (wet/dry) leaves, and its not too expensive...i really like it!
can get easily 4 good infusions out of it.
after some more years of proper/good storage i could imagine to get one of the better developped or perhaps excellent shu pu erh with it...
but who knows this exactly. | eike (4/22/2007) | | |
Superb taste! This is my favorite pu-erh tea so far. | Gul (10/21/2017) | | | The tea arrived quickly direct from China, and itīs wonderful!
| Terri (7/14/2014) | | | Just got this from TeaSpring and it is an excellent tea. I have to confess I didnīt realize the tea was shipping from Hong Kong, but it actually got here (California) very quickly. Iīm sure Ill be ordering more in the future. | Bruce (3/1/2013) | | | it seems a oolong, it is fresh and good. I appreciate that. | Ricardo (5/13/2010) | | | This is my second order of the same brand. Itīs affordable and rich in aroma | Alexander (2/12/2009) | | | I like this pu-erh. It gives a rich earthy taste and compared with some others (not purchased here) is a champion. The subsequent infusions give almost the same quality, the first one is a little spicy. I found it good also with some milk added. | Alexander (11/25/2008) | | | I donīt find it very different from other pu-erh tea I have had. | Beady (11/15/2008) | | | Very good tea, but I think it will be much better in a few years... I just canīt wait... | Jana (9/18/2007) | | | Good PuErh, but little "young" with touch of WoDui (wet fermentation) - will be excelent in few years. | Armandas (8/21/2007) | | | the leaves quality of the leave and the pressing of the tea show that it will be a superior Pu-Erth in ten years or less. I am tempted to drink it now. | Chung (11/7/2006) | | |
